*Please note, all products in the Jessie James Decker Collection are NOT eligible for return/exchange due to it being a limited edition product*
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, unless we have sent you an incorrect or faulty item. *All items must be in their original and respective packaging*

What shipping method do you use?
We work with all different mail carriers that include: USPS, UPS FEDEX and DHL. Depending on when an order is placed they are shipped with whichever carrier can expedite the delivery the fastest.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping information and tracking number to the email provided in the order.
*Please Understand, We are not responsible for packages kept outside for extended periods of time during adverse conditions. Please keep up to date with your tracking information so packages can be safely stored inside your residence.*
Do you ship International & What currency is displayed on site?
YES! We ship USPS First Class International WORLD WIDE! Our business is based in New York City, so our currency is listed as USD, American Dollars. Below are the estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped. *Please note the FRISKY Perfume by Jessie James Decker is not eligible for international shipping*
Canada : USPS First Class – varies, 8-16 business days
United Kingdom: USPS First Class – varies, 13-30 business days
Other Countries : USPS First Class- Depending on what Country 8-12 Weeks (Please read below and see if your country is a "Slow Ship" Region)

How is my order processed?
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Most orders are processed with 3-5 days hours after receipt.
Are Alexa Persico Cosmetics tested on animals?
NO! Alexa Persico Cosmetics does not incorporate animal testing into our development phase or at the production level and we never will. We do not provide authorization to any third parties to perform animal testing on our products. In Addition, ingredients are listed on the seals of our products, or can be seen on the online page of the item you want to purchase.

Do your makeup shades look exactly like they do on the website?
At Alexa Persico Cosmetics we make every effort to give an accurate representation of our products colors and shades. However, there are some variations on how colors appear from one computer screen to another. Please keep this in mind, but know that we do our best to represent each shade as accurately as possible. Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
